WE NEED YOU - TE NECESITAMOS

¡Hello everyone! First I want to thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm starting a company with a friend for the people that have food conditions and allergies (Celiacs, Diabetics, Lactose and casein intolerance, Autism, and others). She was diagnosed with Lactose intolerance few months ago, and with this little problem we got to the conclusion that in our country we don't have much products for the people that really need it. Now we know why everytime she drank milk, eat cake, butter or anything with lactose I felt sooo bad. We can't imagine how other people with worse conditions might feel by eating this stuff or the things that their body cannot tolerate.

We are from and currently living in Caracas, Venezuela. To the ones that don't know much about our country, we are living in crisis right know. Our monthly salary it's around 6.000 -7.000 bolivares that equals 10$ a month. So it's very hard for us to SURVIVE in this place. For us to make 50$ we have to work a whole YEAR without spending 1 cent.

We still have hope for our country and that's why we are still living here and helping others everytime we can.

So that's why we are asking you to help us. With every dolar that you donate you are helping us alooooooooot!!! and you will not regret it, because when we have our company stablished, parallel to that we will make our own foundation for this people. And we will be greatfull everyday of our lives.

The Ostrich

A man walks into a restaurant with a full-grown ostrich behind him. The waitress asks them for their orders. The man says, "A hamburger, fries and a coke," and turns to the ostrich, "What's yours?" "I'll have the same," says the ostrich. A short time later the waitress returns with the order. "That will be $9.40 please." The man reaches into his pocket and pulls out the exact change for payment. The next day, the man and the ostrich come again and the man says, "A hamburger, fries and a coke." The ostrich says, "I'll have the same." Again the man reaches into his pocket and pays with exact change. This becomes routine until the two enter again. "The usual asks the waitress?" "No, this is F...

Andrea Gibson - Asking too much

I want you to tell me about every person you’ve ever been in love with. Tell me why you loved them, then tell me why they loved you. Tell me about a day in your life you wouldn’t think you’d live through. Tell me what the word home means to you And tell me in a way that I’ll know your mother’s name just by the way you describe your bedroom when you were 8. See, I wanna know the first time you felt the weight of hate and if that day still trembles beneath your bones. Do you prefer to play in puddles of rain or bounce in bellies of snow? And if you were to build a snowman, would you rip two branches from a tree to build your snowman arms? Or would you leave your snowman armless for the sake of being harmless to the tree? And if you would, would you notice how the tree weeps for you because your snowman has no arms to hug you every time you kiss him on the cheek? Do you kiss your friends on the cheek? Do you sleep besides them when the...

The 5 Step 'Aha Moment' Process

Immersion – learn, study and practice your domain as much as possible. Incubation – take breaks, have recreational time, find a balance between work and play. ‘Aha Moment’ – a natural by product of first two steps. Deliberation – be honest about your ideas. Keep the good ones, ditch the bad ones. Elaboration – get to work and make your ideas a reality. This is the most important step.
