WE NEED YOU - TE NECESITAMOS

¡Hello everyone! First I want to thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm starting a company with a friend for the people that have food conditions and allergies (Celiacs, Diabetics, Lactose and casein intolerance, Autism, and others). She was diagnosed with Lactose intolerance few months ago, and with this little problem we got to the conclusion that in our country we don't have much products for the people that really need it. Now we know why everytime she drank milk, eat cake, butter or anything with lactose I felt sooo bad. We can't imagine how other people with worse conditions might feel by eating this stuff or the things that their body cannot tolerate.

We are from and currently living in Caracas, Venezuela. To the ones that don't know much about our country, we are living in crisis right know. Our monthly salary it's around 6.000 -7.000 bolivares that equals 10$ a month. So it's very hard for us to SURVIVE in this place. For us to make 50$ we have to work a whole YEAR without spending 1 cent.

We still have hope for our country and that's why we are still living here and helping others everytime we can.

So that's why we are asking you to help us. With every dolar that you donate you are helping us alooooooooot!!! and you will not regret it, because when we have our company stablished, parallel to that we will make our own foundation for this people. And we will be greatfull everyday of our lives.

30 Things to Stop Doing to Yourself

As Maria Robinson once said, “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”  Nothing could be closer to the truth.  But before you can begin this process of transformation you have to stop doing the things that have been holding you back. Here are some ideas to get you started: Stop spending time with the wrong people. – Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you.  If someone wants you in their life, they’ll make room for you.  You shouldn’t have to fight for a spot.  Never, ever insist yourself to someone who continuously overlooks your worth.  And remember, it’s not the people that stand by your side when you’re at your best, but the ones who stand beside you when you’re at your worst that are your true friends. Stop running from your problems. – Face them head on.  No, it won’t be easy.  There is no person in the world capable of flawlessly handling every punch thrown at them.
A woman makes her own social science experiment. First, while very plain looking, she asked for free cake, and free taxi rides. She was rejected on every request but once. Then she got fully made up with heels, make up, and a revealing dress. She basically has everything thrown at her for free. oh babylon, you're doing it wrong...

The Pursuit of Happiness: 15 Lessons to Keep in Mind

1. The only person that can ever truly make you happy is yourself. Stop depending on everyone else. 2. People lie, stuff happens. Don’t take it too personally. 3. Want people to think you’re amazing? Start believing you are, and then they will too. 4. Smiling is the ultimate anti-depressant. Smile and laugh out loud, it doesn’t look stupid, I promise. 5. The world is never just black and white, right or wrong, one way or another. Try and see things from as many points of view as possible. 6. "Let everything happen to you; beauty and terror. Just keep going. No feeling is final." — Rainer Maria Rilke 7. Have empathy. 8. Gossip, problems of the past, events you cannot control, negative thoughts and negative people; time spent on these is time poorly wasted. 9. When you're jealous or find yourself filled with hate for someone/something, stop. The only person its hurting is you. 10. Although the newest, most expensive material thing
