#PrayForVenezuela - Venezuela - PrayForVenezuela

Looking at soldiers and police man who are supposed to protect the people, attacking them without shaking. This leaves me speechless.

It is as if they were robots or fighting machines, does that not hurt them? Because I bet they are economically struggling, like everyone here . And what if among the stampede of pe

ople one of the soldiers ended up shooting someone they know? How would they feel?

They treat us as if we were different, the only difference is the weapon we carry. They carry guns, and we just a piece something we found on the way or maybe even just the word as a weapon.

They've been treating the people as they've never should have done it, haven't we all grown up with the same earth under our feet? This land is full of great stories and people fighting for what they want.

The Government forbid all manifest of what we disagree on. Why? What 's wrong with expressing what we feel? But I know that the government will be shaking his reign whenever venezuelans decide to be heard. We've been censored from all, we cannot access many web pages to know what's happening in our country. News channels are nonexistent, they are broadcasting anything as if nothing is happening in Venezuela.

In my country the Constitution is a book of those which is store and filled with dust over time. Laws and human rights are nonexistent.

But I'll tell you something, I LOVE my country. Even the people, because when there is sympathy between us, we're wonderful people. We laugh in situations less suited, just to try to work the mood on the room. We are charismatic from birth. I love my country, its landscapes, its fauna and flora. I want to continue growing up in the country I was born.

I want to say to all of those reading this, never underestimate a Venezuelan. We are not savages as in many opportunities the media have made us look like. We are people that want freedom, quality of life, safety. We want you to know about what's happening in Venezuela and spreading the word.

The Ostrich

A man walks into a restaurant with a full-grown ostrich behind him. The waitress asks them for their orders. The man says, "A hamburger, fries and a coke," and turns to the ostrich, "What's yours?" "I'll have the same," says the ostrich. A short time later the waitress returns with the order. "That will be $9.40 please." The man reaches into his pocket and pulls out the exact change for payment. The next day, the man and the ostrich come again and the man says, "A hamburger, fries and a coke." The ostrich says, "I'll have the same." Again the man reaches into his pocket and pays with exact change. This becomes routine until the two enter again. "The usual asks the waitress?" "No, this is F...

Freedom

Once upon a time, there was this little girl; she had blue hair and white eyes. People just called her The Girl. She loved to pour water over a big ants farm. Almost all the ants hated when this happen, except one young ant called Freedom. He loved to ride the waves created by the pouring water of The Girl. All the friends of Freedom told him that this was pretty dangerous, that he was too impulsive and needed to stop doing it before it was too late. The time passed by and Freedom disappeared from the farm. His friends started a search. One day, freedom’s girlfriend went to his favorite place to ride, hoping to find her boy. She saw a old ant sitting down in a rock and asked him if he know something about Freedom. He told her “There was once an ant called Freedom that became unstuck in the world. He took the wind for a map. He took the sky for a clock and set off with no destination. He was never lost.” They never look for him anymore.

The 5 Step 'Aha Moment' Process

Immersion – learn, study and practice your domain as much as possible. Incubation – take breaks, have recreational time, find a balance between work and play. ‘Aha Moment’ – a natural by product of first two steps. Deliberation – be honest about your ideas. Keep the good ones, ditch the bad ones. Elaboration – get to work and make your ideas a reality. This is the most important step.
